NZ Native Birds


In the past few weeks in reading we have been learning about Native New Zealand Birds.

Bitterns are part of the heron family.
Black Robin

The Black Robin comes from the Chatham Islands which is located of the coast of New Zealand.
Grey Ducks
Least Concern
In the 1960’s they Grey Duck was 95% of the ducks found in New Zealand
