2. The Alphabet: We created a alphabet about light.
3. The different use for the sun: Come up with 10 different uses for the sun.
4. The commonality: Write the commonality between sunglasses and a drink bottle.
5. The Bar: Bigger, add or replace Rainbow.
6. The prediction: How will light bulbs be shaped in 100 years.
7. The Variations: How many ways can you use a candle.
8.The Inventions: Design a machine for getting to the toilet in the dark.
That was only some of the keys. I had a lot of fun doing them.

Kite Making
On Friday room 1&2 set out making kites.
The reson we made these kites were because of Matariki, kites connect the sky and the Earth in the Matariki ways.
Once we had found our groups of 2,3 or 4, maby even just by yourself we made a plan.
There were prizes for the Best Plan, the Most Traditional, Most Unique and there was also a peoples choice award.
Our group made sure that we hade most of the materials we thought we needed ( it didn't have to go to plan ).
Next we started putting our kite together with the materials we brought from home or some from school.
We had to make our kites in 3 and a half hours ( that was if we needed that much time ). Once our time was over we had to stop what we were doing. We got given a number and that was our name for voting, our number was 5.
After it was all of the voting was done we got told the winners.
Most Traditional was not us
Most Unique was not us
Peoples Choice award sadly was not us
Best plan was us, yippy yippy yay!!
